The Christian Bible is divided into two parts, the Old Testament and the New Testament. His books are in the first part of the Christian Bible in the name of the 'Old Testament'. It is distinguished by the Tanakh which is the sacred text of the Jewish religion and which is probably referred to by the same name as the 'Bible', especially in the Hebrew Bible versions. These various texts have long been referred to simply as 'books', meaning 'bible' which is a plural form of the Greek word 'biblos'. The Christian Bible is a collection of Christian scriptures.
